I just bought my first home in North Augusta, South Carolina. I am looking for a wonderful roommate in which to share the space. My home is an adorable, private end unit town-home located at the end of a great cul-de-sac in Carriage Hills. It is just min from SRS, downtown North Augusta (approx 1-2 min), downtown Augusta (approx 2-4 min), downtown Aiken (approx 15-20 min). Area Hospitals to include: Medical College of Georgia, University, Veterans Hospital. Local colleges to include: Medical College of Georgia Medical School, Medical College of Georgia Dental School, Paine College, Augusta State University, and many more. Lots of convenient area shopping, museums, art galleries etc. Min from the North Augusta Greenway (area hiking paths, biking paths and boat access) and min from Augusta's very own River Walk. Carriage hills is centrally located in North Augusta City limits within min of I-20 and all major thoroughfares'. My home features the following: paved parking, inviting entrance, very spacious shared living areas, bright & cheery kitchen that features: pretty white cabinetry, decorative arch over double sink, electric range with built in microwave, & dishwasher. The 13x8 kitchen opens up wonderfully to the 13x 9 dining area for easy entertaining & everyday living. Now on to the important roommate compatibility:
I am a single lesbian, let me lay this out on the line; I do not and am not willing to allow someone in my home who can't respect my lifestyle. You do not have to approve just be respectful as will I. This add is not a cheap means to a date either. I am 28 yr. old professional w/f who works hard for a living in Emergency Medicine (as an EMT-I). I would like to think that I posses the following qualities that I think are very important: Morals, intelligence ok most days lol, loads of personality, soul, heart, kindness, caring, honesty, compassion, maturity, stability, devotion, responsible, drug free, don't drink, don't party, super cleanly, & drama free. I know how to pay my bills on time and in full so I would appreciate if you would be the same. I want my home to continue to be a sanctuary and peaceful place in this crazy hectic world. Thus, I would appreciate NO DRAMA of any kind as well as NO DRUGS USERS OR DRUGS IN MY HOME EVER FOR ANY REASON. Must love animals and not be allergic to dogs or cats, as I have one dog and one small kitten. You must posses a clean criminal record.

Utilities that are included (Electric, Water, Sewage, Waste, Cable, Phone)
One months rent deposit due at move in.
